whoever originaly built my shop did not insulate it i need to insulate it now the problem is its a metal building ( with metal trusses ) im not wanting to pull the panels down to install the insulation under them whats my best options it seems maybe a spray type would be best but i cant find any do it yourself type ??? i need to do this on a tight budget so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
