integrated bottle jack

anybody know anything about these? I've never heard or seen these before. Supposedly Menards also sells these. I can see how they would be pretty useful.

I have the powerbuilt version and it works great.

No need to jack a vehicle up with a jack and then place a jack stand under the vehicle. This does both.
