Interceptor garage build

Hi everyone
Building in NE ohio and figured I would make a thread to keep everything together in one for my new garage build.
We are building a new house as well with a 3 car attached garage and my detached garage will be 30x40.
It has 10' walls and cathedral ceilings. I am ready for it to be complete!!
The reason for "interceptor" is I buy and sell police cars and equipment. I have a shop now that i have had for the last 5 years (16x50) but have to drive 45 min to it. I only get out there about twice a week due to this.

Once my shop is at my house I will be out there everyday I am sure. I have been reading a ton on here and getting all kinds of ideas, now just need to find all the extra money

It is heated and cooled and pretty well insulated.
I ordered a derek weaver 10k lift for it.
I have primelights high bay light fixtures going in.

Honestly this is what the builder recommended. All I know about it is it is an 80% efficiency Lennox unit. It was originally a 96% but the contractor recommended we change it since the 96% had the possibility of freezing being outdoors.

Photos I posted of painting earlier were of the Primer. 3 coats of kilz oil based primer. about 13 gallons used

Now that paint is finished, I am going to put trim on around the windows and door. I was going to just put a sealer on the concrete but I got a deal on a polsyaspartic floor coating and they are coming next Saturday to install.

I resell them. some Police departments and fire departments don't have big budgets so they will buy used. I also changed colors out to amber or green for others to use for anything else.
