looking for a cheap/inexpensive air framer for small occasional/repair jobs , maybe a deck here and there . i spent most of my money to get a decent compressor ......

i'm told the interchange is a "clone" of the hitachi 21 degree framer . lots of info and great comments on the hitachi ... but very little on the interchange and what little i found was good . the numax gets a great score on home depot , amazon and walmart and there's articles about it online that are pretty favorable . i can get the interchange for $80 refurbed with a 5 year warranty , i can finagle the numax for about $75 with a 3 year warranty .

the interchange looks to be more professional , but there's little info about it ....
the numax is sold at walmart :( LOL , but lots and lots of info and good comments about it ....... but it's sold at wallyworld :( ....
my gut says interchange , my head says numax ....

what say yea ... ?

Never heard of either of those. I am hoping to soon get a Japanese made NR82.

Let us know if you like yours.

well i ended up getting the interchange NRS83-34 . it's a 30-34 degree paper tape strip nailer that shoots clipped or offset round head 2-3 1/4 inch nails . got it for $99 after trading in a old senco 325 nailer . 30 degree nails are just a little higher than 21 degree nails are here , but not by much . i figure not having plastic bits flying in my face or flying all over is worth the difference . i don't plan on doing new construction so with paper tape strips i don't have to worry about a picky homeowner complaining about plastic bits ..... ;) i got a bottle of senco air tool oil also .
