interest check: channellock group buy

Seeing if there is interest in a group buy of channellock. Obviously the prices would be very, very good. I would need $1500-$2000 of tools bought to do it (you dont pay until I have them in hand and ready to ship). Prices would have to be handled in PM and not posted here. I would be doing this mid-late Jan.

I don't want to rain down on this great selling of Channellock,but the last member that I bought from I paid almost in shipping as the price of the tool (don't even ask about the whole cost!!!).

Is the price of shipping going to kill me again? If not then I would be interested,but I don't want to buy one pair of pliers for $15.00 dollars and have it cost me almost the same in shipping.(in other words I am very leery this time around!

I don't *need* any new tools, but Channellocks are a great value. Might be in for a few items.

woody has a good point - 1-2 tool orders would not be worthwhile at all as shipping would kill the deal.

I'd be interested in picking up a few things I don't have from Channellock to upgrade some of my Craftsman stuff (needle nose, slip joint, etc.). Shipping would also be an issue for me and would need to be reasonable. Way too many places to pick it up retail and prices have to be considerably better for me to go the sight-unseen route. When things are available retail, I usually pay the premium so I can hold it in hand and check it out before buying.
