Called them to get two replacement gas lift cartridges for the lid on my KR-1001 box, since they had lost the ability to hold the lid up in the five years since I last opened the box.

While talking to the lady, I mentioned who the dealer was that I bought the box from back in 1993 or so, and she remembered him, although he has not been a dealer since he retired in 2009.

I thought that was neat as ****. (BTW, the cartridges were replaced under warranty, at ZERO cost to me).

You really do get what you pay for.
