Interesting Lift Design

This is an interesting design I came across. It looks like something that could be easily duplicated at home by a skilled fabricator.

I've seen that one before. The one I posted is a different design. Note it is made from angle iron and has less span between supports. It would be much easier for a home builder to duplicate.

I wouldn't recommend a novice with a flux core 135 welder from Home Depot try to duplicate this. By skilled fabricator, I meant it could be easily duplicated by someone who knows what they are doing and can produce quality welds.

that is good information to consider when ever taking on diy project yourself.

I love my KwikLift!

& I passed a used car lot the other day that's out of business....the only thing left were 2 of those 'tilty' type lifts....hmmmmm
