Interesting tool organizer

It might be something geared to mobile use as well, reminds me of something from a race trailer. Any maker information or are you just working from a picture?

Looks like the ratchet and plier display off the tool truck

That’s a display from a Snap-on truck. The top usually holds air hammers bits and punches, middle pliers and the bottom ratchets.
