I don't have it in possession yet. Going to pick it up today. I'm curious about it, so going out on a limb. Here are a couple more images texted to me. I'm not sure these will yield much more.

Definitely a Milhoff. Too bad the swivel base might be missing. Still a cool vise. I passed on buying one once and my buddy joestriper on this forum bought it. And He loves it.

That was a great lead. Not sure if it's a Milhoff, but searching on that lead turned up other GJ images. Makes me wonder if the one I'm looking at has a bent handle and is missing the swivel base.
