I believe it was made by JH Williams in Brooklyn, NY... anyone have any knowledge or experience with this wrench? It’s thick, doesn’t have a size denoted on it, the open end is offset from the handle, and the handle is pointed.

I've had one of these Spud wrenches back in the day. There are also newer models available now.

I have one with a ratchet head on the end. Double sized, a 27 and 32 mm.

These are pretty common on merchant ships. I love them, they are robust and heavy duty, long handles for extra torque and easy to put cheater pipe on. Spike used for aligning holes on pipe flanges. Ratchets come in variety of sizes.
