Interior ceiling

I am in the process of planning a build. I am using steel trusses like the pic below I stole off Google search. I want to finish between the trusses, but not with sheet rock. I'm fine with the trusses exposed. I have searched and looked all over but haven't found any finished. I was thinking of using thin flooring. All ideas are welcome!!

I have considered sheet metal. Going to be a play 30×40 and would like a home feel. Though I did think about a brown tin.

Yes sir. Wood heat and small central unit to cool. It will be located in humid Tennessee.

Might I suggest Billboard material. Thick ripstop plastic usually 15 ft x 40 ft. Sometimes you can get them for free from local sign companies.

Anymore info on this material? Thickness, weight, source?

I just go to a local sign company that does roadside billboards and ask for them. It's pretty heavy duty stuff. I use them for everything, tarps, ceiling material, temporary walls, curtains.
