Yep.

I see pop outs and nail - anchor holes?

Were you planning on doing a level and grind before epoxy? Tile marks might even be an issue without grinding. It kinda depends on your comfort level of being done. Some people won't care, some would go crazy.

They should not if they are properly prepared, filled, and ground flush. That's assuming you are using a quality color-tinted epoxy. A matching color epoxy primer is a plus as well.

Personally, I like hard surface flooring better but carpet does sound like the best solution for that situation.

I painted a closet under the stairs in the basement with a concrete sealer/paint from Menards and turned it into a cat bathroom (litter box area)

I know this is a loaded question and we'll need a few bids. Cost for (3) rooms turn key epoxy, 20x20 family room, 8x12 dinning room, front living room 12x15. Plenty of grinding and crack work. I'll need to measure everything when we get back into town.l

As a rule liquid coatings wont 'fix' a floor, repairs need to be done prior. We carry a full line of repair products to repair any floor for coating to get a beautiful finish!
