Interior trim paint

I'm putting epoxy on the floor in my shop with flakes. I was thinking about doing a 6" or so stripe about half way up the walls in the same thing, to match the floor. Has anyone ever tried this? I just wondered how hard it would be to get the flakes to stick?

I would paint it with regular wall paint that is matched to the floor color. The flakes might stick ok .

you'll want to do the flakes while the paint is still pretty wet. Oil paint might be a good option too, since it's tacky for so long. Throw your flakes at it, sweep up whatever doesn't stick, and do it again.

Then you'll want some sort of clear coat, i'm guessing.

All of our local Home Depots do their bathroom walls in garage floor paint with flakes. They stick just fine, but you have to clear over them
