Interior Trim Tools

I'm going to need to get some trim off a car interior including the door panels. I see some sets of plastic tools for that purpose including a $22 set at my local O'reilley's. What tools have you used that work well? What would you recommend?

I have a Matco set, but keep going back to the ones I got from HF. For the price, can't beat them. I have a couple of sets and find lots of uses beyond panel removal.

got a harbor freight nearby? buy the yellow and blue sets and you'll be good to go for less than o reilleys.
Haven't broken one of the Horrible Fright ones yet.

Nearest HF store is about 45-60 minutes away looks like. Wonder if shipping would be worth it.

Bonus question: one set I looked at had what looked like a small hammer - would something like that be useful?

If you don't need them right away, you may want to consider buy them in ebay, they have several kits starting in 15 bucks. The hammer looks like is a helpful wedge.
You can also find a local snap on truck, they sell them black with the snap on logo, but double price.

I have a Snap on set and have been using it daily for 10+ years. There is another HF set that is nice as well. They are more pry bar looking and are great for door panels. It is very similar to my snap on set but a quarter of the cost. Actually has 2 more pieces than my Snap on set. Not in a rush. Health issues has me doing things very slowly.

LOL - just went on ebay and there's a 'rare' snap-on set for $80 so double what you can get them for new and four times as much as any other set

Not a bad idea to visit a forum specific to your car make and model and find out what kind of fasteners are used and how they need to be removed.
