Interior Wall Color

There was a thread awhile back that talked about interior wall colors. Does anyone remember. Can't seem to find it. I am trying to decide on color for the walls.

White provides the best light reflection. I like gray from the floor to the 4' line and white above.

Many (in the know) will tell you that white with a just a hint of blue actually looks 'whiter'. I went a bit further when I purchased my interior paint to a PPG color called "Silver Lining" - slightly more than a hint of blue but fitting I thought for my dream shop.

I just went through this with my painter last week. I'm going with diamond plate up to 31inches, then a six inch strip of cloudy grey, and a light blue/grey to the top. Ceiling is white.

It might ****, but the good thing is... I can always re-paint.

I am fully planning either all white with a blue stripe to break up the wall a bit and snazzy it up a bit or grey up to the blue stripe and white the rest of the way up.
