Intermediate Tool Box Riser for HF 44" Toolbox? UPDATED!

Ok guys, I found a box. It is a ranger 8 drawer super wide top tool chest. I believe it is made by Torin, the same maker of the US General boxes. Here is the link: http://www.bendpak.com/shop-equipment/tool-storage/rtb-8d.aspx

This might seem a little unusual, considering most riser or intermediate boxes are for small tool chests, but I was wondering if you guys have ever seen an intermediate box big enough to fit on the HF 44 inch tool box. I can't imagine there being a box that fits perfectly on top, but if there happens to be a box that is the correct depth, than that would work perfect. See, I am needing more space in my toolbox, but I'm not wanting to use the harbor freight end cabinets because they make the box too long. Thanks in advance for any advice.

EDIT:

I forgot to mention, I want to retain the flat workspace on top of the tool box, that means that a tool chest that sits on top is not what I want.

Similar to what I wanted since I don't have a workbench in my front garage. I opted for a 72" bottom box with no top instead.

I am looking for the same thing but in black. There are a few out there. I think I found at least a one drawer 40" long intermediate box. Sears might have had that or it could have been Viper. Then there's Waterloo.

This has been discussed before, but...

Craftsman, snap on and waterloo all make/made a single drawer unit in a 40" and 42" x 18". They are very expensive for the amount of storage you get. About a year or so ago craftsman was closing them out for $100+/- depending on their condition. Your next best bet would be to find a 33"x18" 3 drawer middle box, which were somewhat common back in the 70's and 80's for truck brand boxes. You would still have a flat top work surface, but it would be interrupted at 33" and ~9", with a ~10" height difference.

You could always get some steel, a brake, welder, some drawer slides and a few lbs of ambition to make one exactly like you want it.
