Internatinal Harvester Wrench

Found an IH wrench with part number 22394 VA on it. I'm being told it is for early IH cars and truck hub caps. Is this true, what years? Thanks in advance.

If you have the 6 point double box end IH wrench, then yes it is.

The 1918 Model H International Harvester truck uses the 6 point wrench on the "hubcaps". Other earlier/later models may also use it.
