If that is made by SPG International, which it looks like it is, the best thing about it is that it's made in Canada! I have a smaller SPG International chest, mid, top and side lockers set I got at Sears Canada, I've been really happy with it.

It is OK. I have that exact same box. I bought new plastic detents two months ago and they still don't hold some of the drawers in even after replacing them. There is a design issue with the detents. Whenever I unlock my box two drawers open about 1/4 of the way. Annoying.

It might work when brand new but give it a year or two of use. I bought mine used, 10 months old, from a tech at a Jiffy Lube type place. Paid $550 for it. I like that it's deep but it's not worth the $1k price tag IMO.

They needed to put a little tab or something on the drawers in order to prevent the detents from flipping back on themselves.

Oh also. Had the 42" Harbor Freight before this. You cannot move the SPG box. It has cheap casters on it and is an absolute pain to move loaded down. The 42" HF box you can easily roll across the floor.

I have this and the matching 6 drawer 56'' chest. Had them for about 8 months so far. Some say they are not for professional use but I have had no complaints (I am a licensed tech.). Actually just ordered the side locker to go with it too!

I had a look at it at Sears and pretty much agree with everything Pipsters said. I thought the HF box was a much better buy. I'm still using some vintage Craftsman boxes (Waterloo, USA) that have held up way better than they should have. For the money, I think the best boxes in the world are made by Shark, but good luck finding a place that sells them.

Man that thing looks sweet! I really like that blue color. No other box around this price range has color options like the international. Mastercraft boxes do but menards doesnt ship and i dont live in ohio anymore.

19 ga steel according to the quality tools for less website. I have one like this for about 2 years now and have zero complaints. You can see mine in the let's see your toolbox thread. Im not a pro so I can't comment on how well it would hold up in a shop. I would love to have their 3 bay super heavy duty model.
