So I posted in the Milwaukee addiction thread as I ordered an M12 ratchet and extra battery from International tool about a month ago and people said they get hit hard on Black Friday and to be patient.

I've been patient and to my surprise I had a random box show up in the mail (no notification of the thing shipping or a response to my email a week ago) and in the box is a very nice looking M12, 3/8th ratchet.....without the extra battery I paid for?

On the phone waiting for customer service for 15 minutes so I'm posting here... has anyone gotten their orders timely and correct from these guys? Am I being an *******? I got a good deal on the ratchet and the the extra battery but the packing slip shows they didn't include the battery in this shipment? Should I expect another shipment? I don't want to open the tool in case I need to file a dispute with my bank and send this back but...I'm getting frustrated.

I got an email wednesday saying the battery shipped. No response from email or messages on their website. No word on if or when the ratchet will ship.

Your ratchet shipped as the invoice stated. The battery was back ordered and has now been shipped as the e-mail indicated. So, what's the problem?

Which email? The only email I have from International tool is this one.

and no indication of a back order on anything under "My account" on the website. Under invoice -> Only an indication it was ordered and it has not shipped (As in the OP post) and no indication on a back order on the paper invoice I received either. Which email shows it has shipped now? Cause I still have no indication showing that either.

On this photo below, I'm eyeing the part where the ratchet says Shipped but the battery doesn't.
That should tell us that the battery was backordered or something. Wow, black friday was a month ago? ****.

Yeah you could assume that, and maybe I should have but there's really no way to know for sure?

Click 'track your order', and you can see if its shipped.
I think the order shows as 'completed' once all items have shipped.

My Ratchet is in San Pablo Ca, and my battery arrived a week ago.
