I have been looking through the site for some time now so I guess I need to do an intro as its the way we do things on the jockey journal. I have a 25' x 53' shop space that I'm starting to do some work on. Its cinder block construction
with pre engineered wood trusses. Ive started by installing some electrical in the ceiling (probably more than I need) and I'm going to continue with some r-38 insulation in the ceiling for now. My plan is to use it for motorcycle related stuff, but really all types of fabrication, small room in the back to crash in between living arrangements, upgrade the bathroom to include a shower (and water heater), re roof in the spring, t/g ceiling. Always joked about needing a one bedroom studio attached to a 6 car garage, well I sold my house and I'm making the move. thanks for all the info I've already got reading thousands of threads. I'll start one myself in the coming days.
