Hey, I can't remember if I posted an intro or not so I'm doing another.
I'm a first time home owner on almost half an acre in northern CA.
On it there is currently only two permanent/semi-permanent structures.
1 mobile, 1 garage.

The garage is about a 1 and 1/2 size.

I'll probably finish the '57 in there... maybe?

I currently have too much stuff. I plan on moving the (out of frame) freezer and possibly the fridge to the laundry room so I can pack a drill press in there also...?
Or I might just move all the motorcycle (and much of the datsun) stuff to a shed which has yet to be built because I have no idea about building codes or anything-
(12x10 for a permanent, I'm not sure about wall/roof height, but what are the conditions when it's mounted on posts?? The neighbor has two structures like that "nearly" inches from the property line)

The backyard is pretty much open right now

and eventually I would like to construct a nice, large, sturdy shop,
but right now it's just dotted with fruit trees which I would like to re-locate (possibly in the place of a back fence?).

Dunno... would also like to move/expand the front fence parallel to the front wall of the mobile and in front of the garage, but then it would have to be gated, don't think I'm ready for that yet.

I'd also love to dig and cement a pit, but I'm fairly certain those get labeled as "storage space" or something now.

Let me know what you think,
thanks!

Depending on the cost get a shed or a sea-can to fill up with all the stuff you don't need in that garage, you should have lots of room to work then.Check around sometimes you can get sheds for the price of removing them, a sea-can is a bit more money, but at least you can sell it or take it with you when you move.
