Intro post 3 years after joining

Long time lurker, informal collector/daily user of vintage machinist/woodworking tools. Dropping in because I just bought a really old 24" bevel gauge/sliding T bevel, and I can't find much of anything anywhere else on-line.

Technically, this is my second post. I incorrectly crashed someone else's intro thread to post the above.

Sometimes things take me a few tries, but I like to get things right.

Welcome from Durango, Colorado. I have never seen a 24" sliding T bevel.

Thanks, I spent over a decade of my life living in the mountains in CO. It's God's country.
I "officially" measured the bevel, the blade is 22 1/2". I posted pictures in the Vintage tool forum:
