Since I do not see the introduction forum so I'll introduce myself here. We bought our home Nov of 09. My Garage is 616 sq ft 2-car (deep). Ceilings are 9 high. I have added an attachment to show my layout. Yes there are 4 doors, 2 into the house 1 to a courtyard and 1 to the outside. Kind of ruins wall space but it is what it it.
Some future plans are to Epoxy Coat the floor, in the process of checking to see if there was a vapor barrier placed with the pour. I'm going to add a sink next to the water heater as the bathroom wall with sink is right on the other side so plumbing will be a snap. I have a parts washer (about 24"sq) and was thinking of setting it next to the sink in the same cabinet. My workbench is 5'x3' steel frame with a 3" wood top and over that I put a 1/8" steel plate as a work surface. I'm going to hit the family up for a 8' craftsman work bench and stainless steel top for fathers day.
So that's it in a nut shell. Glad I found this site. You'll be hearing more from me soon
