That's a deal I wouldn't have passed up either.

Any reason why doing the lean too on piers? I'm considering doing the same with my 30x40 to save some money up front, then go back and possibly fill in later.

Windstorm. If it was poured with the slab it would have been windstorm, I'll pour it later and just tie in.

A little update.....we ran 200A service

And finally got some power inside

Then I started to hang some lights to get an idea of how many and where to put them

On a few days off I rented a scissor lift to make it easier

I ended up going with 16 lights

All the lights that are mounted on the eve, facing inward, are on a separate switch. And I spilt all the lights on two different breakers, just in case.

Turning out nice. Those metal buildings sure go up fast. My new 50x60x16 won't be going up nearly that fast I'm afraid.:(
