hi all, first time on any forums as a participant,have only E-aves dropped, have more time now,(retired) Planning on moving to De. sussex county area have alrady seen properties with acerage,relatively cheaper than N.J. , PA. will need to have a pole barn,steel bldg. or whatever else they are called, hope to get some usefull info from posters,who have doneso or know alot about the process. Can someone point me in the right direction on this, maybe someone out there from southern De.?
