Hello Garage Journal Community. I stumbled across this site a few days ago when I was researching good pliers and cutters on the market and what those who use them in there profession say about them. This site offered a lot of USEFUL information and discussions that helped me with my decision so I thought I would drop a quick thank you.
While I am thanking people I would like to give praise to Ash with german-hand-tools too! When I narrowed my decision down to NWS I shot Ash a PM asking a couple questions and he responded within minutes ... at 2 a.m. EST. Does this guy sleep
I placed my order a few minutes later, this was Friday night, and I come home from work today to find my new tools waiting for me. Sweet
So Ash, thanks for the great customer service and lightning quick shipping. The new NWS tools look and feel great.
Just in the last few days I have been pursuing the site I have found a lot of great information and sources for tools at good prices. Hell there is even a thread where you as a community give each other sockets for free, great community.
So thanks for the great site with helpful members. I look forward to learning from you guys.
