New to the forum... My new garage is total 58'x40' which includes two 14'x40' rooms on each side of a 30'x40' bay. Wife & I have completed an apartment in one side and will live there while our house is being built. I joined the forum to get ideas for wall colors, floor designs, ceiling fan possibilities etc,.
