Longtime lurker, first time poster...Just want to say thanks to all that have helped establish this site and keep it going. I'm a garage/tool junkie, so this site provides a lot of info and food for thought.
I typically read a lot of message boards but don't post very often. Reason I'm signing up now is to post some questions about garage insurance. We're located in an area of South Carolina that got hit by the recent floods. Fortunately our house is okay, but our shop building got flooded. Since this is the "intro thread", I'll post some specific questions in another thread...Would appreciate any info from anyone that's every filed a flood and/or renter's insurance claim
