Hello Garage Journal members,
My name i Tom. I live with my wife, Debbie, of 33 years. We have two daughters, Christa and kate. Christa(29 years old) and Kate(26Years old) are currently living together in an apartment....paying off college loans...Ugh. I am about to close on a very nice "investment property".....a half-duplex that my daughters will be leasing from me. Sooo, I will be treatng the property like my own primary residence. The garage is sheetrocked only. I am wondering how much it might cost to have a contractor tape, bed and paint this 2-car garage? And, paint the floor.
