IP address banned by admin?

I’ve been a member for years, but I had to let my Alliance membership lapse due to the budget now that I’ve retired. I can use the mobile app, but when I try to login on the laptop, it says “IP address banned by admin”. I tried the “contact admin” feature but it did not work and the page formatting went south.

I prefer the desktop version to use the monitor. How can I resolve this??

I was using a VPN at the time. Would that cause it? Just a thought. Thanks

Dang. I should have checked this first. I disconnected the VPN and was able to log in with the laptop as normal. Lesson learned.

I did read all before I posted. If you did send a message to Admin a reply may not be quick at present.

Have you tried to clear your cookies/ cache and logged out and back in ?

Yes I tried to clear and yes I was logged out.

Never been banned.

I didn’t use the laptop for a couple years. Went to use it and garage journal didn’t work.

That will be a computer cookies issue. Clear them and try again.
