iphone screw size

I have a friend that needs to fix her iphone . it's a simple fix but the new screws the use in the case are small " pentalobe " but mine look like torx ( not as rounded in the points). So I filed down a small jewelers flat screw driver. It worked.

My question is who sells such small driver sets in both the pentalobe and in torx ? I would prefer not to buy 1 driver for $10.00

i got the pentalobe driver with the replacement screen kit I bought...

you can use just a small jewelers phillips also...these screws are not very tight. I am assuming you only need to mess with the two screws at the bottom of the case...? those are the only two pentalobe screws in a iphone. the rest are phillips....I think they did that to keep people out of them...

my daughter broke her screen and it took three new replacements from ebay to get a working one...needless to say I can now take a iphone apart and back together pretty quick and don't need instructions...lol
