I'm pretty sure it comes in an envelope, not a box. And I thought there was a web link they gave you where you could check the status?

I'm calling them now... hopefully someone can help me...

ROFL, they never sent the box... lol oppsies. Welp they are shipping the box monday so that's cool. I have like 9 first gen nanos so I guess I will be doing this process 8 more times..hahah

Thanks for the post guys. My first gen has been sitting in a cradle playing music for my alarm clock for years. They are going to send me a replacement.

Ahh...just got my ipod back from their service.

I had the 1gb first gen that was black. Looks like they decided not to send me the newest one..lol

Oh well... I have 9 other nano's to send to them, so hopefully I get a new one...

They did give me an 8gb 6th gen one.. this is kinda cool, it's freaking tiny!
