So I was hitting up the Home Depot clearance section and the had 2 100ft rolls of 3/4 pipe. It was labeled "IPS Polyethylene" and rated for 160PSI. Given that I have to rerun all my airlines since moving, and this will be a much bigger setup the price was very tempting.

Is this stuff safe for airlines? Also does this use the PEX connectors or something else?

I looked at the IPS website and saw one mention for its use for gases in underground applications, but I didn't see anything specifically about compressed air. You could search around there or email them a question. http://www.ipsflowsystems.com/pe.htm Also, based on their PE catalog it appears to use glued fittings.
