ir 118 max set screws

i just got the first chance to use my new to me 118 max and it is incredible. I dont have alot of experience with air hammers this small, but this thing is incredible how hard it hits! however it did not come with any set screwsin the quick change chuck. I went to the storeroom to get some (where there are no metric fasteners of any kind) but i could not find an SAE's that would fit. It looks like a 14-28 but one wont fit!.
Anyone know what size these are for sure?

Here's the gun I dont have any close ups of the Chuck right now.
New, the kit runs from 140-200. I got this kit for 86 shipped on eBay. It looks like new and was only missing one chisel. But those are cheap!

m6x1. I just pulled a set screw out of my IR118Max and compared it to a thread restorer. Then ran the thread restorer into the the set screw hold and it was an exact match.
