Does anyone have both of these and are willing to take pictures side by side. I have looked all over the internet and I have yet to find pictures of how big they are side by side. Also, if you could comment on the weight that would be great as well!

I would really appreciate it. I'm only getting one and I'm not sure which one I want. As of now, I'm leaning towards the 2115 since I don't remove crank bolts or anything, but they are almost the same price. Just seeing if the 2135 is that much bigger and heavier.

Thanks :)

It is indeed.

I went the the IR site and they had a catalog with the guns made on the catalog to the actual size, but I can't get it to print. I printed one and it looked way to big and I printed the other and it looked too small.

How about the weight? Can you tell I difference. I'm sure you can. I think the 2115 is 2.5 pounds and the 2135 is just under 4.

Thanks :)

Thanks :)

Well I printed them off and measured all the ends. They measured to be 1/2 inch, 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch was the messed up one.

I laid them on top of one another as well as put them side by side so you can see the difference. Since I measured them with a caliper as well as put a real socket on them and compared them to actual ratchets they are the actual size. Note the smallest one is the 3/8 but it is smaller than actual size and actually measured to be 1/4 so it would be what a 1/4 IR would look like..I call it IR 2105.

Anyways here are some pictures if anyone is interested. Since I had this problem, I'm sure someone else will so here they are!

I have a 2135, and my boss has a 2115. If you already have a 1/2" gun, I'd buy the 2115. I'm probably going to pick up a 2115 this week to use as my main impact gun, since it's got plenty of torque for most things, it fits in more places, and it's lighter. You can always stick a 3/8-1/2 adapter on it and still have a shorter, smaller gun than the 2135, with most of the torque, but that won't work the other way around. I sometimes borrow the 2115 to do brake jobs, and I do just that to remove & install the lugs with it, and it's way easier to fit in there to get caliper bracket bolts off.
