A week ago, all of a sudden my 2135qtimax lost a ton of power. It still works but it's weak. Forward at 1 setting barely spins the anvil.

I tried greasing it, run WD40 through it and then oil it and cleaning the vanes. No difference. I have some PB Air Tool Conditioner at home but I haven't tried it yet.

What can I do to fix this?

It may be the forward and reverse switches. Sometime the switch can jump a tooth (inside the gun), causing the air inlet to be open partially. Pull the switch out and inspect.

So my coworker tells me there might be something wrong with my air hose. I try another and sure enough, power is back and it feels stronger than ever.
