Anyone ever use one of these? I’m in the market for an inexpensive 1/2” impact that’s lightweight. This one is looking pretty good at the moment and I like the push-button fwd/rev and the enclosed trigger.

I have it and love it. More of an ocd thing as there are more powerful ones out there. I will say I don’t think it’s as powerful as they rate it

It's okay, despite the fact that it is 1/2 the size of my 2235, it is NOT 1/2 the power. It's like a beefy 3/8 with big hammers. It does okay with subbie/toyota crank bolts. Never bothered trying it on a honda, I'm sure it would lose.

I agree that it’s very comparable to a 3/8. Honestly feel it’s more in the 250ftlbs range but it’s still a great gun as they can be found fairly cheap

Here’s a comparison to the 2235 hammers

I have one. I use it pretty often on trans R&R work. Light and compact it hits the spot. Not as strong as a full size 1/2” impact but it makes up for it by fitting into tight spots. A while back it locked up without warning. Pull the trigger and just air rushing through the tool like the air motor locked up. Got mad and spiked it on the floor like a son of a ***** and it freed up. Been fine ever since. Lol

Thanks for the replies. That’s disappointing.
