Does anyone know which models actually come in the Sears die grinder kit? The picture doesn't zoom in enough...it looks like the composite body grinders (3102 & 3108), but that price seems to be about 1/2 what they would normally go for if bought separately.

I'm in want/need of an angle die grinder, but am having the usual dilemma of which model to spring for. There are a lot of 301 kits out there. Other than that, the 302A and 3102 are both about the same price. I'm just not sure that the 302A or 3102 are worth roughly double the price of the 301. The 302A doesn't seem to come packaged as a kit with any disks, whereas the 3102 is available with a kit or separate. If I don't get one of the kits...which size disks are the most useful (aka do these grinders bog down w/ a 3" disk)?

I was surprised to note how cheap the IR guns were on Amazon. I looked up one that I had paid over $200 for from Grainger (admittedly a few years before) and it was going for less than $99 at Amazon.

Man I can't believe how low the price is on that IR die grinder kit. I paid close to $300 as I remember for my Sioux 1954HP way back in 1985 and that was for just one grinder! :eek2:
