Well after trying my coworker's IR hammerhead (2015max) for the first time this week I knew I had to have one. Now, after I had ordered one I got to thinking, should I order a boot for it or not? Because, the boot for it looks like some kind of course rubber and i'm afraid it will attract oil, dirt and grease like mad. So, To boot or not to boot that is the question. lol

Get a boot for it otherwise the metal gear box case gets all scratched up. It's one of my favorite tool I no longer use a half inch air ratchet It's a great tool and if the head of her loosens it can be fixed you need a adjustable pin wrench to tighten the locking collar for the head mechanism and a little loctite. Other than that the tool has worked flawlessly
