I picked up a few dual stage compressors. by that I mean the actual compressor or compressor heads with pully. not the motor or the tank.

all seem to have something wrong with them, but the first 2 I pulled apart had good bottom ends and cylinders, what was wrong with them was broken reed valves (cheap and easy fix) so they were leaking compression.

the third one had a knock so I opened it to find that the crank and rods were good but the wrist pin bore in the piston was bad and that was making the knocking. (needs a new piston) but most else seems to be in good shape

the other 2 I have not opened up yet to see.

I am building 2 of them and perhaps a third.
the other 2 I could sell off or sell some parts from.

I am in central CA and I would recomend that you be local enough to drive here or we meet somewhere as these things are heavy

just a thought, if anyone is interested let me know and we can work something out. I will be opening the other 2 up to check them so you will have an ideal in advance of what is wrong with them

I have an IR 2475N7.5. What is the difference between the 3475 and the 2475 heads? I can't find any info on the 3475 on the IR website.
