IR Vs CH Compressor Comparison?

Looking into buying either one,and get it for less than $400.Was wondering if this are the same,manufacturer?.Is CH the OEM for the IR one.anybody owns one and can compare if they are the same.As far as I can tell,they both have the same Emerson motor.
