Dropped by Sears a few minutes ago and these were marked down to $13. I purchased all they had and was able to make an order for 5 more. They say they are backordered until 7/2 but they honored the sale price on those as well. This price was for both with or without the swivel pads. Good time to load up for any fellow welders. Didn't pay attention to COO as it doesn't matter to me for my use.

I second that, use one of those $5 off $20 coupons and they beat the HF price. I've got these all over my wood and metal working benches. Man can never have too many clamps.

I have used those in the past, and I must disagree with very good quality. No saying they are total ****, but I wouldn't call them good quality by any means. They aren't as robust as the Irwin, probably weight half as much. The Irwins rarely go on sale, and I don't like the swivel foot type. It seems to get in the way of clamping a lot. If you use locking C-clamps day in and day out this is a good deal for you.
