The link worked for me. I use Chrome. I ordered a set last night and picked them up in store this morning. They aren't the riveted model shown on the web page. In fact, I didn't see any of that style in the store. YMMV at other stores.

It's actually meant to be a feature, as in pushing it closed around the nut you want to turn. It does not work the other way (loosening). The center button is the release so that you can open it again.
