I have the 10 but I find myself reaching for the channel locks. It never gets used.

I had to click the link to make sure its what I had as I don't exactly know these by groove lock. But concur these are great. Knipex makes a similar pair. I paid $21.30 for my pair at Lowes, sorta. Gift card. Does anyone know if they make a 2" and 4" pair? Singles or roughly those sizes?

I didn't have channelocks, but these filled that gap nicely. Even though their Chinese, I find them very nice and can warranty them at my local hardware store.

I just ppicked up the last 2 sets at our local Sears. Salesperson did not know if they would be getting more.

I have the Knipex set re-labeled Craftsman @ home, but picked up a set to leave at work and another for the car. At 12.49 a set it is a steal!

I picked up the 3 pc set (6", 8", 10") on Black Friday at Home Depot for $19.99. Picked up the 12" since then. I love these things, even more than my high $ Knipex Cobras. I like how they close to size without having to hold the button in, as with the Cobras. Not saying they are better quality than the Cobras, just more user friendly, to me anyway.

Thanks.

I had a Sears promotion deal in my in-basket (one-time unique use), that if I redeemed points I would get an instant $5.00 worth of points added to my account. Today was the last day for the offer, and I've been waiting to find something to use it on.

So, I picked these up with store pickup. Effectively making them $7.49 if you count the $5.00 back in points that showed up immediately in my account after purchase. Also nice because I only had about 22 cents in my account left to redeem to get the $5.00 back.

These seem very nice. Very comparable to the Knipex Cobras, at a fraction of the cost. I'm also getting tired of pinching my hands and fingers on the Channellocks and Craftsman arc joint pliers. Supposedly, this design isn't suppose to pinch you like those others do.
