Is it a Goodell-Pratt clamp on bench vise?

My vise is well built, has the baked on red & black enamel and higher quality knurled clamp knob and long clamp ability and machined “jaws” that close tightly, but I don’t see a makers mark. IT DOES have a stamped 663 on the actual vise tightening lever. (Sorry I am new here and rules stipulate I can’t post photos for my first 5 posts)
