Its so hard to find a set Sandvik belzer with coo germany:( Bahco belzer or just belzer wrenches I am not interested of! Only Sandvik Belzer Germany! Sure I have seen some single tools on ebay, but not a set! I dont care if they are used! Anyone know a shop with nos germany tools?

I would bet it would be quite the feat to actually find a complete set, nevermind nos. Before your post, I head absolutely no idea that sandvik used to make wrenches, and after some research the made screwdrivers too. Shame bahco does not make the plain plastic ergos anymore, I have one and like it quite alot. Anyways, your best bet would go to yardsales and get a set piecemea. Since your in sweeden you might have better luck than I do, I only have found a couple pieces of sandvik/bahco in the wild in the US, a sandvik bowsaw, bahco ergo screwdriver, bahco volvo alligator.

Old thread .I am in the same situation, trying to collect some Sandvik/Belzer 1952 series .
Questions : - where are the Sandvik/Belzer 1952 without "Germany" produced ?
- What is the difference between Sandvik/Belzer 1952 with "Germany" and without ?

I actually have complete metric and SAE sets of the 1952 belzer combination wrench sets unused. I also acquired numerous socket sets, different wrench sets. I purchased a garage of tools years ago and the person must have collected belzer tools because I have 1000's of them

Hey 1952Super-Block, you really seem to know your stuff with these old tools!
I’ve inherited a set of vintage Belzer double-ring spanners (ring both ends, offset).
They’re marked:
Vanadium-Extra
Sandvik Belzer
No 2
Germany
All in really nice condition, no major damage or wear.
Any idea what a set like this usually goes for these days? I’d love to get a fair price and not watch someone flip them for double a week later 😅
photos added of the markings and the full set if that helps.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Have never seen a thread with 3 posts in a row where each member only has one post. If the next post is from a member with 1 post I will delete my post to continue the trend..

As someone who collects Belzer tools myself, I'll do the combo breaker.

Depends on where you live. Over here in Germany the name Belzer still commands a premium on the used market if in good condition.

Combo breaker? Do you mean split them up rather than sell them in os a set?
What do you think they would be worth in Germany then?

No, this was meant as a reply to Snaparxon's Post about members who only posted once.

Okay, I'll go a bit deeper on the topic.
Around here complete sets are definitely the most valuable. If they are in mint condition, prices will reach mid three-figures amounts.
However, your wrenches come from different eras, and people usually want uniform sets. Also earlier Belzer wrenches are more sought after than Sandvik-Belzer ones.
I would set a price range from 15-20€ per piece, depending on the size.

That said, ask yourself, how many people in Australia even know the brand? Even in Germany, Belzer is no longer a household name and unknown to many people.

Thanks for all the info
I think the Sandvic Belzer no2 wrenches are from the early 90s.
If you're interested in any of them let me know as I will be selling them soon.

As said, they are from different decades from the late 70s to the mid 90s.
The one stamped with 'Belzer-Polygon' is the classic design they had since the 50s. Somewhere around the 80s they introduced a more slick looking design as seen on the 7/9mm and the 22/24mm.
The last iteration were those with 'Sandvik Belzer' inscript. They are probably from the mid 90s, since Sandvik bought Bahco/Belzer in 1991 and relocated the production to Argentinia around 96/97.
