Why do I get this stuff?
Moved to a new company a couple weeks back; yes a doors a door, but the hardware is different between manufacturers... capabilities are different, takes a while to figure out all those things...
So literally 5 days in - I get sent 2 hours out of town... doors need 15", I have 12... might work...
Oh, that's old growth fir, custom milled and stained, as a mounting surface... (I hear later there's 130,000$ just in stain (materials
) on this 'cottage'). No room for mistakes, and let's make it work...

Yeah, made it work, one misplaced hole on 2 doors.... (and it got hidden by the bracket) but can you say stress inducing? The framing cost more than the doors I was installing...
