or has the "general tool discussion" turned into the "free parking" of the tool section. Seems like since the "vintage" section was started it's become lots worse. Because of this and having to keep switching back and forth in the tool section, I"m not in support of the change. If it could be voted on, I'd vote to change back.

I'm not sure and can't give you an answer. It's nice to have the heads up of issues going on in there.
