Didn't quite know if this should be here or in 'Heating and A/C'...
Suppose my new shop has minimal windows, and those are the most efficient; the walls are all spray-foam insulation; ceiling well insulated and sheetrocked; the doors are the best, most insulated they make; and the slab is well-insulated with in-floor heat.
Could this be TOO air-tight? If I'm building new I want to go all-out on saving heating/cooling costs (mostly heat). I've never heard anyone talk about this. Would there need to be some sort of air exchanger or something?
