Only you can decide if it's worth restoring. If your interest lies in fixing it to sell for profit then probably not. But for "look what I did" value sure, do it.

Kennedy makes some of the best boxes in the country. That said, they are working boxes and not show queens. The cost alone of the paint that matches is pretty hight (ask me how I know).
